[info] We have been informed that BitDefender Antivirus Software applications state that one of our CDN clusters of web3000 is listed (again) as suspicious because of containing malware. This is a false positive, we have informed the specific software developers. This seem to be caused by an encryption algorithm we are using. We changed our algorithm to have a workaround but some Antivirus Developers may still not have updated their list. [WEB3000|CBTV|Q]

(To all WEB3000 Virtual World users ONLY!)***To all whom may it concern***

    Dear WEB3000 customer,

it has come to our attention, that your WEB3000 product(s) might get deleted by third parties when you get other third-party products installed inside your virtual real estates that are not WEB3000 products.

If this has happened to you, we would be glad to receive your feedback, why this has taken place and with what kind of information.

Also it has come to our attention, that some third-party TV/Video products by competitors are sold with the follow up information, that these third-party TV/Video products are copyright cleared in our name.

    This is not the case.

WEB3000/crocon media only distribute camboxTV as well as [Q]TV and only with those products we guarantee that they are copyright-cleared.

We have no connections to other third-party TV/Video product providers and we sure not guarantee any copyright clearance for these third-party products, that we have no relation to and no cooperation in any way.

To be clear, at this time, we have NO connection to any other TV/VIDEO product provider within the virtual world of Virtual Vancouver that is legally able to state to have cleared copyrights in our name.

If you have any information about this or screenshots of communication, we ask you for your cooperation and to assist while investigating into this issue.

Please be advised, at this time, there is no need for you to state any personal information or involved names. We ask for general information, if such a matter has happen to you in the past.

Your feedback will be taken confidential and privileged.

Please send your feedback by using our contact form on this website or to the support ticket center.

Do not post, release or make public any of the requested information via Bulletins or Forums!

We recommend for all future issues described above that might take place and come to your attention to use the screenshot option, to have a proper protocol.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

[WEB3000]We are in the finalizing process for the next generation of the WEB3000 product line. ISO9000 testing is in progress and we expect to complete these tasks within the next few days. The new platform called [Q]_zONE will be available to the public in June 2013 for the following platforms: WindowsXP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, [Windows 8 Website and Virtual World modules, Desktop Software will follow], MacOS and Linux.

The [Q]_zONE website module platform will be available to all browsers that do support flash. We continue to support Flash, since HTML5 is a huge disappointment in point of view of stability under certain internet browsers. Browsers that do sandbox the Flash Player plugin have to be opened up. We do not longer support sandbox restrictions of 3rd party browser developers that do start to restrict Flash Functionality just to boost non-free Application market segments and sub-routine usage. In our understanding, this is an attack against the Free Enterprise System as well as Entrepreneurship which is as a result not helpful for future innovations.

Alternatively users can use [Q]_zONE for Desktops as stable and lag-free WindowsXP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 app.

We are still in development process for the Windows 8 platform. Since the Flash Player plugin in Windows 8 now is embedded into the Microsoft Internet Explorer which is all but not helpful for the usability and stability of desktop applications that comes with a Flash Engine and after several low-level tests showed evidence, that even the compatibility modes in Windows 8 in this specific circumstance do not and will not work, we recommend to use [Q]_zONE for Windows 8 at current time as website app in full-screen mode in the Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Also we came to the conclusion to stop all developments for i*Phones and i*Pads, although we will support any mobile device that do support the latest Flash Player Plug-In. Internal tests have shown, that apps runs now much faster with the latest mobile devices using Android and other Flash-friendly environments than under any Markup Language environment and/or interpreting platform.

All our software developments for i*Phone mobile devices and i*Pad devices have stopped and will not be continued.

Future developments for forthcoming Windows Tablets and Linux Tablet Devices are in progress and will be completed by March/April 2014.
